On September 23, 2021, at 14:00, a webinar was held at the clinic of Doctor Maksudova “DMC” under the auspices of the Association of Ophthalmologists and Medical Tourism of Uzbekistan on the topic:
“MODERN TREATMENT TECHNOLOGIES IN OPHTHALMOLOGY”

The moderators of the webinar were the Deputy Chairman of the Association of Ophthalmologists of Uzbekistan, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Bakhritdinova F.A., and the chairman of the Association of Medical Tourism of Uzbekistan Shukurov A.F.

During the webinar, the following reports were presented:

• the effectiveness of using the FEMTOLASIK technology in patients with various refractive errors;
• OCT – angiography as an indicator of the effectiveness of the treatment of myopic maculopathy;
• modern methods of treatment of vitreoretinal pathologies: Surgical treatment of large idiopathic macular ruptures using the Inverted Flap method.

As a result of the event, all participants received new knowledge and exchanged professional opinions on the most pressing issues of ophthalmology.
