Membership
- Membership in the Association is voluntary.
- The Association may include communities and individuals (citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, foreign citizens, and stateless persons) over 18 years old, recognizing the Charter.
- The process of admission to the Association is carried out by the territorial divisions of the Association by submitting written applications and paying membership fees.
- The issue of collective membership will be considered and approved at the next meeting of the Board of the Association, and may also be rejected.
- Voluntary withdrawal from the Association. Membership is considered invalid after submitting a written application to the Board of the Association for voluntary withdrawal from membership.
- Deprivation or suspension of membership in the Association is considered at a meeting of the Board of the Association.
- The issue of members who do not comply with the Charter of the Association, who by their actions undermine the reputation of the Association, can also be considered by the Board. The decision to disqualify is made by a majority vote of the members of the Board of the Association. If the board of the Association has decided to exclude, then it is considered that the person has lost the right to membership, and the person who has lost membership must be notified within the time limit established by law.
- Members of the Association can also lose their membership in the following cases:
– in case of departure or death;
– when prosecuted on the basis of a court decision for violation of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
– in case of gross violation of the Charter, as well as causing moral, material, or economic damage to the Association. - Members of the Association have the following rights:
– to elect and be elected to the governing and control bodies of the Association;
– to develop projects and programs of the Association, participation in their implementation, participation in the discussion of the activities of the Association;
– to make proposals to the governing bodies of the Association for the development of the Association;
– to active participation in all events organized by the Association;
– to obtain information about all areas of the Association’s activities, to voluntarily withdraw from the membership of the Association. - All members of the Association have equal rights and obligations.
- Duties of the members of the Association:
– observance of the Charter of the Association;
– compliance with the rules, statutes, and other internal disciplinary documents of the Association, approved by the Association;
– compliance with safety requirements when carrying out various works;
– compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Charter of the Association, legislation on non-state non-profit organizations; active participation in the implementation of the goals and objectives of the Association.
