On August 12, at the clinic of doctor Maksudova, the ceremony of signing the Memorandum “On mutual cooperation in the field of medical tourism between the Association of Medical Tourism and the Association of Ophthalmologists of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was held.

The document provides for a close partnership of the two organizations in the development of the ophthalmological sphere of activity in the field of medical tourism and is aimed at the implementation of mutual projects aimed at improving the ophthalmological service in the republic, in particular:

• creating conditions for the training of qualified personnel, their internships in leading foreign clinics and the exchange of specialists in the field of ophthalmology and related medical areas;
• organization of consulting, training and other services for the implementation of innovative medical technologies;
• participation in various international events.
